Edit Role

To edit a role in your WordPress installation, go to “All Roles” under “Roles” menu. Then click on the role’s “Display Name” or click on the “Edit” link from row actions. This will take you to the role edit screen.

Edit role screen works exactly like the add new role screen, except you won’t be able to change the “Role Name”.
